Let me tell you a small fact. When you study, there are many kinds of thoughts going on in your mind, good or bad, and for this reason, the study you can finish in half an hour takes you an hour. While studying, all the struggles within you, you put your energy and your attention in it, if you put the same energy and focus in your studies, then your studies will be completed in no time. Toppers have a habit that they do not study much, but they study every day.

Assistant Commandant of BSF, Harpreet Singh, prepared for UPSC even while posted on the border. The rest of the time he studied while performing his duty and became IAS in the fifth attempt.

He achieved 19th rank. In 2016, he joined BSF as an assistant commandant. He was posted on the border, he loved his job but did not want to get to the same position, he had to become an IAS, so while doing duty, he gave time to his studies and his hard work paid off.

Friends, if a person wants, he can achieve anything by living under any circumstances.

Most of us are left behind just because we blame the circumstances, make excuses, but those who want to do something different in the world, create the conditions.

Before joining Bollywood, Akshay Kumar did a lot of jobs and small businesses to serve. Akshay used to buy jewelery from Delhi and sell it in Mumbai and while returning, he bought clothes from Mumbai's fashion state and brought them to Delhi.

Somebody has said that life does not give you anything, it only returns to you. If you want something in life or want anything from anyone in the world, then learn to give it.

If there is life, give life, if there is money, give money, if there is time, give time, if you can help, help.

If you want to get good numbers in studies, then study. Learn yourself before teaching others. 

Never be afraid to fail in life, but never give up on trying.

Gautama Buddha has said, an ignorant man is like a vine, he grows up in size, not in knowledge.

To stay away from evils, develop goodness and fill your mind with good thoughts. It is our duty to keep the body in good health, otherwise we will not be able to strengthen and forgive our minds.

The path is not in the sky, the path is in the heart.

If any negative thoughts come up while studying, then writing those ideas on a page, burning them or putting them in the trash is a fact of science. This will provide relief from bad thoughts for some time but it is not a permanent solution. If you want to get permanent treatment, you have to increase your understanding, and understand deeply what the real solution is.

Sometimes we have to defocus ourselves to focus. It means that we want to concentrate in studies, but meditation is going somewhere else. For some time, do the work that is going on in your mind. But do hold on to its damaging points while doing it. Think, what is your loss at that time?

One is, your time will be wasted.

Second, your energy will be wasted and it may happen that you have no mind to start the study again . I'm just mentioning a few points, there are many factors.

Once, it sat in your mind that I am going to suffer a lot of problems due to this work, then maybe your attention will not go back to it.

On the one hand, there are advantages, means there are many advantages of studies.

And on the other hand is something that you will enjoy doing for some time, but you will have to regret it for the whole life.  

Now, you decide whether you want to be happy for long time or to spend long time to regretting it.

When the cloud breaks, it starts raining.

When the soil breaks in the field, it becomes fertile soil. 

When a new seed breaks, a plant is born.

So whenever you start breaking up in life, then understand, God is breaking you and making you better and useful.
